Shipping & Returns
U.S.A. domestic orders ship via UPS Ground and Air Service with delivery confirmation. Standard shipping cost is $29.99 per item. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Shipping rates for international orders are determined by the destination country, dimensions, and weight of the carton. The customer is responsible for any taxes, duties, and freight charges. For international online orders, we will contact you with a separate shipping estimate for payment.
Exchange only, no refunds.
Items should be returned new, unused, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered in any way may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
If you would like to exchange your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Exchange requests must be emailed within three days of receipt of your order. In your email please specify your item and briefly describe the reason behind your exchange request. We will send a confirmation email in reply. Items must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of confirmation email.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit. Please use a mail carrier with package insurance and tracking. Orders placed outside the United States may accrue taxes and duties, in which case, the customer is responsible for these charges.
Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
For custom orders, all sales are final.
